These terms govern your use of PDFlyHQ, a free, browser-based PDF toolkit operated by Zero Byte Software Solutions. By using this site, you agree to the terms below.
The service
PDFlyHQ provides free tools for working with PDF files — compressing, converting, merging, and similar operations — that run entirely in your web browser. No signup is required to use the core tools, and there is no charge for standard use.
Your files, your responsibility
You are solely responsible for the files you process using PDFlyHQ and for having the legal right to use, copy, and modify them. Because processing happens entirely on your device, we have no visibility into what you process and no ability to review it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use PDFlyHQ to process content that is illegal, or to attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the service in ways that harm its availability for other users.
No warranty on output quality
We aim for output quality that matches paid desktop tools, but some conversions — particularly complex Word tables, Excel formulas, or scanned-text recognition — have known fidelity limits. Where a tool has a known limitation, we disclose it on that tool's own page. Beyond those disclosures, PDFlyHQ is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Availability
PDFlyHQ is a free service and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero Byte Software Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PDFlyHQ, including loss of data, since all processing and file handling occurs on your own device under your control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PDFlyHQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.
